The small number that makes sure your food reaches your hands, not just your street.
When you place an order, Oyanau gives you a 4-digit code. Only you can see it. Your rider can't.
How it works
When the rider arrives, they ask for your code and enter it in the rider app. The order is only marked delivered when the code matches. No code, no delivery.
Why it matters
It means your order can't be marked delivered at the wrong gate, and it protects riders too: a correct code is proof the order reached the right person.
Pickup orders
If you collect from the store yourself, show the same code to the vendor when you pick up.
